What kind of leads are there for my area?
	Answer: HousesFast supplies leads to most of the major States and has a regular flow of leads to every major city.

 

	How many leads do you have for each particular State?
	Answer: The amount of leads varies from hundreds a week in our busiest lead producing states, to a few a week in smaller not very active states.

 

Are the leads mostly quality leads to motivated sellers?

Answer: We have found few if any leads to be bogus, or altogether inaccurate, so most leads are excellent per the quality of the information supplied. Of course, many leads will be desperate sellers, but without enough equity to really sell the home. Others will be sellers who ARE willing to part with considerable equity, or sell at a serious discount. As with any lead generation system, you just have to work and go through all the leads. Some will pan out and some won't, but remember; "It's not the quantity of the leads you process, it's the quality and your adaptability, that make the leads pan out."

 

How many of these properties have equity worth purchasing?

Answer: While many of the leads are for houses with equity in them, there are of course leads that do not have equity in them. We do not sort, cherry pick, or go through these leads prior to you receiving them. So there's no way of us telling you exactly how many properties have equity in what areas. It is up to you the investor to use the information in these leads, contact the motivated sellers directly and make an offer on the house. We do not get involved in any transactions directly. All investors work independently from our network, we only supply the leads to these motivated sellers.

 

Are any of these leads over used, or recycled from other investors?

Answer: These are all original leads. We do not buy, borrow, or recycle leads from other investors. You're getting these motivated seller leads as they came into our network, unfiltered and ready to call the sellers directly. We do not cherry pick, or screen these leads for deals. Answer: We are unable to cover many of the major cities and States, so are not able to contact many of the motivated sellers. We are actively seeking investors who can work in these areas and would appreciate your ability to work with these sellers. 	Answer: Yes, there is a regular supply of leads and they range anywhere from a few to hundreds in each state. Some states are much more popular than other amongst motivated sellers and so receive a lot more leads.
